This Privacy Policy explains how Clipflowy (the “Developer” or “we”) collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of users of the mobile application ebookflowy (the “App”). ebookflowy is a local-first e-book and document reader that stores and reads your documents on your device.

This data is kept only in your device storage and a local database (SQLite). We do not access or collect this information.

Optional items operate only when you turn the corresponding feature on. If unused, the related data is not processed.
The App and third-party SDKs may temporarily process general technical information such as IP address, device model, OS version, app version, and language settings to provide the service, ensure security, and diagnose errors.

All permissions can be changed or revoked at any time in your operating system settings.
The App displays ads via Google AdMob. On iOS, it may request your explicit consent for tracking (App Tracking Transparency); if you decline, non-personalized ads may be shown instead of personalized ones. You can manage ad personalization here:
Locally stored data is removed when you delete the App or clear data within the App. Retention periods for data handled by third-party services follow those services’ policies.
The App is not primarily directed at children under 13 (or the age defined in your country) and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will delete it without undue delay.
Under applicable laws (e.g., the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, EU GDPR, US CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. Requests can be sent to the contact below.
We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. Sensitive local data such as authentication tokens is stored using the operating system’s secure storage (Keychain/Keystore). However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
This Policy may be revised due to legal or service changes; for material changes we will provide notice via the App or this page. The revised Policy takes effect upon posting.
